Agree the initial pages, content, migration needs, forms and integrations before work starts. The plan's page allowance describes supported website size, not a promise to create every page at setup.
Identify the URLs and questions to review, keep evidence of confirmed issues and assign implementation and acceptance checks. A standalone audit or additional specialist work needs an agreed quote.
The plans above specify prompt, competitor and region allowances. Confirm platforms, languages, the exact question set and the evidence included in reporting. API observations do not represent every consumer session.
Content allowances cover the agreed preparation work. Your business confirms important facts and claims. Additional redesign or specialist review is quoted separately before work starts.
More services, languages, integrations and specialist review can change the scope. Confirm currency, taxes, third-party costs and payment terms in the agreement. No plan guarantees search rankings, indexing, AI recommendations or citations.

What is the difference between the page limit and website setup services?
The page limit specifies the website size supported by your plan. The scope of initial setup, migration, or rebuilding is agreed for each project.
Which services cost extra?
Additional expert work, complex functionality, and custom design outside the agreed scope are assessed and quoted separately.
How much is the first payment on a monthly plan?
Growth: $798; Pro: $1398. This includes the first month of service and the one-time standard website setup fee.
Can I subscribe for just one month?
Yes. If you cancel renewal, your service continues until the end of the paid billing period. No additional website setup fee is charged upon cancellation.
Is there a fee for turning off automatic renewal on an annual plan?
No. Your service continues until the end of the paid annual term, with no early termination fee.
Can I end an annual plan early and request a refund?
Yes. The unused subscription amount is calculated based on the remaining days, with any early termination fee deducted. This fee covers website setup and launch costs already incurred but not yet recovered, capped at $299 and no more than the unused subscription amount.
When is the early termination fee waived?
No fee applies if no relevant website setup or launch costs were incurred, or if those costs have already been recovered. The fee also does not apply when FoundUp fails to provide the agreed services or when applicable law grants a right to terminate without charge.
What happens when my subscription expires or ends early?
Hosting and optimization stop. Your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate your subscription or export it.
Can I export my website?
You can export pages, content, and assets. Dynamic features such as forms and bookings need to be reconfigured after migration.
What if I need additional expert assistance?
Expert assistance beyond the hours included in your plan is $90/hour and requires your approval before work begins. Additional redesign work and specialist content review are quoted separately.
What if I exceed my content or tracking allowance?
You can purchase additional allowances or upgrade your plan. You will not be charged automatically.
