Tell us what your business needs.
Email info@getfoundup.ai with the problem you want to solve. You can ask about an existing site, a new site, content, a GEO audit or monitoring.
Send an enquiry
Use the brief below if helpful. A few words are enough to start.
A useful first message.
Include your business name, your location or target market, your main service and a current website link if available. Add the change you need help with and any essential timing or integration.
Business and market:
Website, if any:
The customer question or website problem:
The help we need:
Required tools, languages or timing:
Tell us your target market and required languages so we can discuss project fit. The published company address is not a statement of service coverage or customer visiting hours.
An incomplete brief is fine. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, patient records or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
What happens after you send?
We review the request to discuss fit and missing information. Sending a message does not book a project, accept a quote or create a payment obligation. Deliverables, fees and timing require a separate written agreement.
Wait for the confirmation message after submitting the form. If it reports an error, your details stay in the form so you can retry, or email info@getfoundup.ai. We do not publish a guaranteed response time.
Choose a useful starting point.
If your site exists but customers cannot find the information they need, start with a GEO audit. If you need a new site or substantial improvements, describe the pages and customer tasks involved. For monitoring, include the services, markets and questions you want to observe.
You can compare the published Growth and Pro allowances on Pricing before contacting us. Custom requests and additional work need a separate quote. If you are unsure which route fits, describe the problem rather than choosing a package first.
We do not need passwords to discuss an enquiry. If a later project requires access, account ownership, access methods and responsibilities should be agreed as part of that project. Keep the initial message focused on the work you need.
Use the same address for corrections.
For an article or comparison correction, include its URL, the exact statement and a reliable source. For a privacy request, describe the request without attaching unnecessary sensitive records. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiries.
